How to edit DVD movie and extract DVD audio clips from DVD?

Part 2. How to crop, combine and edit DVD movie?

1. Crop video frame

After you load the DVD file. If you want to cut the black edges of the DVD movie, you can click the "Crop" button, and then you will see a pop up windows (See the figure below). See the below picture:

Then you can cut off black edges and customize the video play region.

2. Merge DVD chapters

If you want to combine several DVD chapters into one file, you can select the target chapters and click the "Merge" button on the main interface. Then you will only get one output file instead of several files by chapters.

3. Take a snapshot

If you want to snapshot pictures from DVD, click the small camera icon while you preview the DVD movie.

4. Adjust DVD effect

You can click the "Effect" button and customize the brightness, saturation, contrast, volume, etc (See the figure below).

Part 3. How to extract and rip audio from DVD to MP3 for iPod and other MP3 players?

Part 4. How to put DVD clips on YouTube, MySpace?

This DVD Ripper can also convert DVD to FLV format for YouTube, MySpace and other video download sites. So you can share your own DVD clips with friends. After your movie is imported, select FLV as the output video format. Then log in YouTube, MySpace and upload your video. If the whole DVD movie is very large, you can just select the chapter you want and convert it to the FLV video.

Or you can click "Trim" button to open the trim panel, drag the trim bar to set start time and end time to convert a clip from your DVD movie. You can also type the exact time values in the Set Start Time field and Set End Time field to trim video.
