A: There is no functional difference between the trial version and the full version. The only limitation of trial version is conversion time limitation: the maximum 5 minutes conversion of a more than 5 minutes file and with a less than 5 minutes file, you could only convert half of it. As our registered users it will no conversion time limitation, you will be entitled to get the free upgrade within a certain version and receive the full technical support from us. Also, we provide special discounts for our customers.

A: It is provided by RegNow in case customers forget or lost their registration information when they want to re-install the program. Actually, we do not suggest customers purchasing these services. If you lost or forget your registration e-mail, please contact us with your order number or the e-mail address you used to place the order, then we will resend the registration e-mail to you without any charge.

A: Launch this software and click the "Help" pull-down menu, and hit the "About" column, you would see the version of this software.

If you have purchased our software, you just need to re-download the software and upgrade to the latest version with your registration code. If you fail to update, please contact us via support@aiseesoft.com.

A: You need to set higher values for video and audio bit rate respective. And the output size will be larger at the end of the conversion, too.

A: After inserting a DVD into our program, there first will be a list of titles and chapters in the program's interface. Then you can select a title or chapter. With the title or chapter highlighted, you can select an available subtitle in Subtitle dropdown list. Please note, if you don't want any subtitles you can just choose "None Subtitle" in Subtitle dropdown list.

A: You can cut off the black edges around your movie video by the "Crop" feature of our program. Click the "Crop" icon and crop your movie video using the provided methods in the crop window.

A: Surely, after you load the DVD to the program, please enter the Trim mode, and then start to make a DVD Clips as per your requirements.

A: After your DVD is loaded into the program, please check all the files of your DVD and then select "Mergn into one file" check box, you should be able to get one single file for the entire DVD.

A: On the right, there is a button called "Rename". You can select the title or chapter you want to convert and click "Rename" button, what you entered in the right box before the conversion will be the title for the output files.

If you like the current image of your DVD movie you can use the "Snapshot" option. Just click the "Snapshot" button the image will be saved and you can click the "File" next to "Snapshot" button to open your picture. You can select the destination of the picture by clicking the "Preferences" button. As default the captured image will be saved at: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Aiseesoft Studio\Snapshot.
