Naviage to http://vlc-bluray.whoknowsmy.name/ and download the KEYS DATABASE(KEYDB.cfg) and AACS DYNAMIC LIBRARY (libaacs.dll for Windows or libaacs.dylib for Mac).

Note: Select the right version to install KEYS DATABASE according to your Windows XP/7/8/10 system. 32-bit files for 32-bit VLC, and 64-bit files for 64-bit VLC.

Step 1Open user area "C:Usersyour usernameAppData".

Step 2Click "Under Folder Options" > "View" > "Show hidden files and folders" > "OK" to check the hidden files.

Step 3Create a new folder in the "AppData" put the downloaded KEYDB.cfg key file in it.

Step 4Download and install AACS DYNAMIC LIBRARY on your PC. Open "c:Program Files" or "c:Program Files (x86)" if running 64 bit.

Step 5Navigate to "Video LAN > VLC", then place libaacs.dll to it.

Step 1Download the right key database AACS DYNAMIC LIBRARY (libaacs.dylib) on Mac.

Step 2Put KEYS Database in ~/Library/Preferences/aacs/, and place AACS dynamic library in the ~/lib directory.

Step 3Launch VLC Player and insert Blu-ray disc into the Blu-ray drive. Then you can use VLC to play Blu-ray on Mac.
