If you notice abnormal AI credit usage, first check your AI credits balance and usage history in the Profile section of the software to confirm recent deductions. In most cases, credits are consumed only after AI tasks are successfully completed. However, if you still find unexpected deductions, try restarting the software or logging out and back in to refresh your account. If the issue continues, please contact Aiseesoft support (support@aiseesoft.com) with your account details and a screenshot of your credit balance for further assistance.
