Desktop FreewareOverall, your AI credits will not be deducted if your task fails. If a task fails due to a sudden program exit, network interruption, system error, or other unexpected reasons, no AI credits will be charged. Aiseesoft only deducts AI credits after the task is successfully completed.
If you notice that credits were deducted even though the task failed, you can restart the program and check your credit balance again. If the issue persists, please contact our support team (support@aiseesoft.com) for further assistance.
