Only if you burn your DVDs in the correct TV standard, can you play it successfully on your DVD player. Aiseesoft DVD Creator allows you to burn either NTSC DVD or PAL DVD.
Hit the button of "Preference" > "video format" option in the file menu and you'll see options of "NTSC" and "PAL".
