FAQ for the following products:

Maybe there are two reasons to this problem.
1) Data has been overwritten on your device by other data for some time.
2) After the data was deleted, any new operation to the device or new data written to the device may cause the data to be overwritten.
If you had synced the iOS device with iTunes before the data was deleted, you can choose the Recover from iTunes Backup File function to recover the data.
