If you only purchased the value-added service, we could exchange it to the reg code of real software for you after getting your confirmation.
3. What to do if you purchased the wrong version of value-added service?
For example, if you have purchased Windows version of the software, and the Mac version of the value-added service, in this case, we are sorry that we could not change the Mac version value-added service to Windows version.
